Sharing some of the major changes we have coming with this week's release.
Smarter Run Management
We are happy to share some powerful new features to support Outturn and Delivery Event management in Hitrak.
Consignment Event Photos
Photos can now be attached to individual Consignment Notes and Exceptions, for easier visibility and the more efficient resolution of events.
Run Notes
Capture Run level Events from loading to delivery with this new feature. Run Notes enable your team to record Outturns with supporting photos, and detail freight discrepancies, damage, and other events impacting a run.

All Run Notes and Consignment Events captured while a Run was in progress can be accessed in a central place, with the new Run page Events tab.
New PDF report options in the Run page Actions menu consolidate Run Outturn Information, automatically organising Run Events by category (Shortlanded, Overlanded, Damaged) and including Event photos.
Improved Pricing Tools
Organisation Zone Rate Adjustments
Set up customer pricing in minutes, with adjustments to Zone Rate cards now available directly in the Organisation page Pricing Setup tab.
This simplifies the process of applying customer-specific rate adjustments, while allowing considerable flexibility. The feature allows dollar or percentage based adjustments, and supports variations by Service Type, Charge Type, and Site.

Editable Pricing Setup
An Organisation's Pricing Model and Charge Types can now be modified directly in the Admin Portal, making it easier to update customer pricing configuration as your business requirements evolve.
New Search Functions and Reports
As part of our ongoing efforts to enable easier access to data, we've made more changes to search capability, and added two new reports to the Extracts menu.
Search and Filter functions
On the Rating page, new fields and column sorting options allow you to refine results by Sender and Receiver.
Search page results now include the Run date for allocated consignments.
The Timeline Filter function has been updated with a more intuitive design.
Data Extracts
Revenue by Run enables Run-level analysis of consignment revenue, including a breakdown of the freight, stops and pricing for each Driver run.
The Consignments by Creation Userreport provides user insights into consignment creation activity.
