Customers using the 2 Degrees Broadband and Mobile networks lost connectivity to multiple Microsoft online services following an earlier Microsoft Azure outage. As a result, 2Degrees customers lost access to the Hitrak system. Hitrak remained fully operational and available to customers on other networks. |
Connectivity was restored for all impacted Hitrak users by 9.53am. Full incident report here. |
