A widespread outage of Microsoft Azure cloud services temporarily prevented some users from accessing Hitrak applications.

The Admin Portal and API Gateway continued to operate normally during this period.

No Hitrak users reported issues after 10.15am.

Microsoft reported 98% accessibility to the impacted services by 12.48pm.

A technical incident related to deployment infrastructure caused a limited disruption to Hitrak apps for a single Hitrak customer.

All Hitrak Applications (2Degrees network only)

Customers using the 2 Degrees Broadband and Mobile networks lost connectivity to multiple Microsoft online services following an earlier Microsoft Azure outage.

As a result, 2Degrees customers lost access to the Hitrak system.  Hitrak remained fully operational and available to customers on other networks.

Connectivity was restored for all impacted Hitrak users by 9.53am.
